The studied area was characterized by ranges, pleasant climate and rich in natural plant resources. The wild species of orchids were collected during the years of 2006-2007. The research work consisted of 12 species belonging to 9 genera of the family Orchidaceae. It provided Taxonomic knowledge and distinctive characters of studied species.
