The study is conducted to explore adoption of ICT in government to employee (G2E) interaction of a government organization. This study is conducted on the survey with all of 86 employees from two divisions of DMA which related to seafarer registration, certification, recruitment and placement service in Myanmar. This study found that perceived usefulness of ICT is the key influencing factor of individual level for ICT adoption and top management support and employee ICT knowledge and skills are also influencing factors for ICT adoption in organization level. Moreover, the study results indicated that the adoption of ICT has a significant impact on organizational performance at DMA.
