Moreover, it is observed that there is moderating effect of autonomy on relationship between achievement oriented and participative behavior and job satisfaction and acceptance of leader. Additionally, moderating effect of ability on relationship between directive, achievement oriented and participative behavior and acceptance of leader. Furthermore, there is moderating effect of locus of control on relationship between achievement oriented behavior and job satisfaction, acceptance of leader and motivational behavior.
