This study is conducted based on responses of 185 employees from UAB Bank branches in Yangon. This study found that among four learning factors, support to learn and benefit of learning are the key influencing factors on all types of employee commitment. The results show that all three types of commitments have positive effect on employee performance while affective commitment is the key influencing factor on employee performance.
