Based on the survey results, it is found that most of the respondents have high level of perception towards job resources and personal resources at Blazon Group Myanmar which influence on work engagement. Most of the employees work intensively and feel happy at the same time to work at Blazon Group Myanmar and they agree their efficient work done influence the company’s growth. When employees encounter difficulties in their work, they get support from supervisors which can lead to achieving their goals. It is also found that employees from Blazon Group Myanmar are very proud of working at their company by participating in their respective tasks and responsibilities actively. In addition, employees can also manage and solve problems and challenges by collaborating with others within minimum time that can lead to higher productivity.
