The selected callus from modified MS solid medium were transferred into MS liquid medium for determination of shoot proliferation and cell types of Musa chiliocarpa Back. The MS liquid medium for callus proliferation was composed a combination of plant growth regulators such as auxin and cytokinin: 0.25 mg/l IAA + lmg/l BAP, 0.25 mg/l IAA + 2mgtl BAP and 0.25 mg/l IAA + 3mg/l BAP.
