In physicochemical properties s of some medicinal plants, methanol extracts showed more soluble than other solvents. These some medicinal plants are locally well-known as especially antimalarial and also employed for the treatment of several cancer and various diseases. One of the potential sources of antimalarial drugs is traditional medicinal plants. This study is to determine the invitro antimalarial effect of methanolic extracts of combination of some medicinal plants on Plasmodium falciparum. Twenty blood samples from Plasmodium falciparum infected patients which fulfilled the selection criteria were investigated for in vitro drug sensitivity test (WHO, 1987, 200 1). Test doses of methanolic extracts of some medicinal plants were used ranging from (6.25-400 μg/ml). Methanolic extracts of combination of some medicinal plants showed significant antimalarial effect (EC50 values=19.44 μg/ml).
