The study found that among\r three types of leadership styles: transformational leadership and laissez-faire leadership\r have positive effect on affective commitment and all leadership styles have positive effect\r on normative commitment whereas transactional leadership style has negative effective on\r affective commitment and positive effect on continuance commitment. The results show\r that all types of employee commitment have positive effect on job performance while\r normative commitment is the most dominant one among all types of employee commitment\r in FairDeal Co., Ltd.
