Yangon Port is an international port and it handles about 90% of the country's export and virtually all imports. As Yangon Port is a major port of Myanmar, it is required to develop in line with the external trade of Myanmar. Quantitative approach and descriptive method are used for this study. The descriptive method is used from 150 randomly selected port users at Yangon Port. It was found that the respondents were more satisfied with the port facilities and port performance. It also found that document dispatching system such as delivery order issue were faster as possible and all manual works were replaced with computerized system such as Port Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Myanmar Cargo Clearance System (MACCS) to reach goal life with paperless. | ||||||
