The descriptive method with quantitative approach and primary data was collected by semi structured questionnaires and secondary reference data of M\u0026AS. The study findings revealed that the well-organized performance management system has significant influence on its employee performance to be efficient and effective and in achieving individual’s goals and organization’s goals effectively and efficiently.
