It is comprising five basic SMEs-Providers in tourism value chain sector, in accordance with the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, such as, SMEs for accommodation, SMEs for Transportation, SMEs for Travel Service; SMEs for Food and Beverage; SMEs for Retail Shops. That is why, objective on this study focuses on combined Myanmar Tourism Value Chain and Myanmar local Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in tourism industry with facing issues, difficulties and constraints on internal as well as external. That kind of Small and Medium Enterprises can call as Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises (SMTEs) internationally. By using descriptive method with Simple Random Sampling and Stratified Sampling in accordance with questionnaires which are referred from World Bank, Ministry of Hotels and Tourism and some United Nations organizations for primary survey.
