This study used a descriptive method by both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Both structure questions and personal interviews were conducted to collect data and analyze. A total of 100 households took part in questionnaires examining the impacts of CBT on local community development by using a 5-point Likert scale and exploring community participation. The study found that Pan Pet’s CBT initiative has more positive than negative impacts on the local community in terms of economic, environmental, social and cultural.
