Secondary data and information are collected from official data and reports from public websites, relevant books and references, articles, literature, previous thesis papers and other people documents from internet. According to the results of waiting line analysis, both the average queue time and the average service time are within the standard time set by the bank (i.e. 15 minutes and 5 minutes respectively).
