This study presents the strategies, implementation programs and community awareness for Reproductive health (RH), Maternal and Child Health (MCH) are analyzed in the case study. This study used quantitative research methods method and random sampling methods. The main findings of the study are community’s health seeking behaviors are related with education level, financial factor and occupation. People have limited knowledge on essential health care behaviors which prevent maternal and child mortality. Graduated and high income respondents had good delivery plan and they cover their reproductive health care, antenatal care and post natal care carefully than other respondents. Poor and uneducated respondents are mostly not to receive health care services and supplements drugs. Some people never took infancy after-care which leads the neonatal deaths and communicable diseases occurred at under 5 children. Facilities for antenatal care, delivery care, post-natal care, neonatal child health, immunization and under 5 children health is not fully coverage to the population because skill birth attendant and health professional are not sufficient in Hlegu Township.
