The study applied snowball sampling method with structured questionnaire for collecting primary data. �e study found out that the cost of medical care, rehabilitation and assistive devices leave landmine victims and the families in debt, stigma, and discrimination in community. It was also found that most casualties had occurred in Kayah state many years ago, and the numbers of landmine and explosive remnants of war incidents have been decreasing since the 2012 bilateral ceasefire.
