In this study, HRM practices consist of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognitions, supervision and promotion. In this study dependent variable is job satisfaction and independent variable is HRM practice. This study found that among of HRM practices, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, reward and recognition and promotion have significant effect on job satisfaction. It concluded that the employees are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the HRM practices of this organization.
