Liberalization of Myanmar telecommunication sector was started in 2014. The objective of this thesis is to examine the user’s perception on telecommunication sector liberalization in Yangon, Myanmar. To achieve the objective, a quantitative, descriptive method was used. The structured questionnaires are collected from 264mobile phone users of 4 telecoms operators in Yangon.
