Simple random\r sampling method is applied to select 20 local NGOs from 270 local NGOs and 6 staff are\r also randomly selected from all staff of each local NGOs. From analysis, it is found that\r the organizational values have positive contribution on person-organization fit. This\r indicates that person-organization fit can be achieved if the employees\u0027 works, morality,\r initiatives and new ideas are valued and respected by their organizations. Moreover, the\r person-organization fit has influence on organization commitment. Most employees in the\r local NGOs felt that they are satisfied with their job, they intend to remain within their\r organization and they would recommend their organization to their friends. With regard\r to ethical work behavior, the person-organization fit has positive effect on ethical work\r behavior of employees in local NGOs because unethical behavior is always punished in\r the local NGOs as well as employees are expected to strictly follow legal or professional\r standard. The study recommend that local NGOs should provide timely help to the\r employees and encourage open knowledge and information sharing. The morality, new\r initiatives and new ideas of employees should always be valued and respected.
