With regard\r to ethical work behavior, the person-organization fit has positive effect on ethical work\r behavior of employees in local NGOs because unethical behavior is always punished in\r the local NGOs as well as employees are expected to strictly follow legal or professional\r standard. The study recommend that local NGOs should provide timely help to the\r employees and encourage open knowledge and information sharing. The morality, new\r initiatives and new ideas of employees should always be valued and respected.
