The primary data is collected from responsible person of the bank and employees from YOMA Bank with structured questionnaire. Population of the study are 600 employees at Head office in YOMA Bank and sample size of the study are 20% of all employees (120 employees) at Head office in YOMA Bank. Secondary data is obtained from records and reports of YOMA Bank and relevant text books, research papers, journals and internet websites. The result of the study shows that among the hygiene factors, working condition provided by YOMA bank decrease the dissatisfaction of employees. Moreover, among the motivators factors, personal growth increases the satisfaction of employees.
