This study is aims to analyse the socioeconomic graduation program in Shwe Pyi Thar Township, Yangon where people of different social back grounds living in peripheral area to improve quality of life, mostly through increasing income and improving resilience and the capacity to deal with shocks, reducing vulnerability, essentially through consolidating assets. The data analysis was used descripted descriptive method. Primary survey data collected from a total of 502 survey households in ward 10 and 14.
