The survey was used as the primary data and the reports from Department of Agricultural Land Management and Statistics were used as the secondary data. The study area was Hmawbi Township, Yangon Region. The total of 254 respondents are selected as a survey. The total respondents were included and 59% were male and 41% were female. According to the income status, 168 (66.0%) of respondents were moderately increased income after 2013. Ownership of wooden building was increased 61.4% to 70.1% of respondents, ownership of no motor cycle was decreased 68.9% to 27.6%, no graduate from university in family members was decreased 96.1% to 88.6% and health care access to village clinic was increase 70.9% to 72.4% after 2013.
