The specific objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Community Leadership and Social Studies (CLASS) programme at Thabyay Education Foundation. A self-administered questionnaire is used and distributed to all alumni from CLASS programme. The results reveal that there are positive correlations among four variables. However, both behaviour and results are not significantly correlated with reactions. Overall mean scores and overall standard deviations show positive evaluation of the programme in relation to reactions, learning and behaviour but level 4 determining results of the training receives the lowest overall mean scores.
