This primary data is collected 2019, July, between 10th and 15th. According to the survey, this is found that leaders of Co-operative Bank mostly used the transformational leadership style and the employees are moderately satisfied to their work. According to regression analysis, transformational leadership style highest positively contributes to employees‟ job satisfaction and significant at 1% level.
