This study\r is based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The influencing factors in this\r study include perceived usefulness, ease of use, perceived risk, self efficacy and trial\r ability. Descriptive research method is used in this study to achieve the above objectives.\r Structured questionnaire will be collected from 100 internet banking users. The study stated\r that most of the internet users are single females and middle aged people. Most of the users\r have good perceptions to all influencing factors but they are aware of the risk factor. This\r study proved that all independent variables have the positive relationship with dependent\r variables. Among them, risk factor has the greatest affect on user intention. In additions,\r the study proved that intention leads to actual use of internet banking. Private banks should\r pay more attention to risk factors by improving the security features in order to make safe\r transactions.
