Not only that, increase\r in employee job satisfaction affect positively on employee value commitment. This study\r clearly indicates that recognition of employee, one of the factor of commonly used\r workplace ethics practice, is the most significant influencing factor to increase the level of\r employee job satisfaction which leads to high level of commitment eventually.
