In this thesis, the primary\r data are collected from 120 customers by simple random sampling. Among influencing\r factors, price, order release quality, and ordering procedure have significant positive\r relationship with cognitive attitude. Price, scheduling, information quality, ordering\r procedure, and ordering quality have significant positive effect on affective component.\r Regarding conative attitude, price, scheduling, personal contact quality, and ordering\r quality have significant positive impact on conative attitude. It was found that price is the\r most influencing factors on all their attitudes. Among three personal attitudes, only\r cognitive and conative component has strongly significant effect on buying behavior.
