From the results, all independent variables are influencing on saving behaviour. While the strongest factor is knowledge of saving, peer pressure is not strongly influenced on saving behaviour. Therefore, this study recommends that the educational program should focus on improving the basic financial knowledge and skill. Hence, it can improve the financial knowledge, attitudes and behaviour. Additionally, employees agreed that possessing a sense of self control can help them to handle their finances in proper manners.
