Spillover Theory is used in this study. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis are used to measure work-life balance and job satisfaction among these employees. In this study, both primary and secondary data are used. The primary data are collected from 120 employees of A Bank in Mandalay by distributing structured questionnaires with seven-point Likert scale. The collected\nprimary data are analyzed by using SPSS. Secondary data are gathered from the relevant books, articles, journals, and internet websites. According to the results, it is found that all of the variables are positively associated with job satisfaction. In addition, work load, work support and work arrangement have significant impact and work condition and family support have no impact on job satisfaction.
