| This study aims to examine the effects of service quality dimensions on patient satisfaction and patient loyalty in Shwe La Won Dental Clinic in Lewe Township, Nay Pyi Taw. This study focuses on five key dimensions of service quality: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study adopts a quantitative research approach with a descriptive survey design. Data were collected from 150 patients who received dental services at Shwe La Won Dental Clinic. A structured questionnaire was used as the main research instrument, and all items were measured using a seven-point Likert scale. Secondary data were gathered from journals, articles, textbooks, theses, and relevant internet sources. The analysis techniques included descriptive statistics for respondents’ profiles, reliability analysis for all measurement items, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to test the relationships among variables. The findings indicate that empathy and assurance have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, while tangibility, reliability, and responsiveness show comparatively weaker contributions. Patient satisfaction is also found to have a positive and statistically significant influence on patient loyalty. Based on these findings, strengthening empathy and assurance is recommended through regular staff training focused on communication skills, patient-centered care, and trust-building practices. Creating a more supportive environment by improving patient interaction and comfort during treatment is also suggested.
