The study objectives are to identify the budgetary control process of MOB bank and analyze the effects of budgetary control on financial performance of MOB bank. The method used in this study is the descriptive method, creating a survey questionnaire form. Purposive sampling technique was used to select 50 sample size of this study. Moreover, both of the primary and secondary data were used to analyze. Correlation and regression models are used to test whether the financial performance is affected by budgetary control. For this study, the independent variables are budgetary planning, monitoring and control and budget participation. The dependent variable is the financial performance of MOB bank. As a result of average mean, budget monitoring factor are strongly agreed in this study. According to the result of correlation analysis, the relationship between budgetary control and financial performance are strongly positively correlated to each other and this relationship is significant and the relationship between budgetary participation and financial performance. In the regression analysis, among three variables of budgetary control process have significant and positive effect on employee motivation. According to the analysis of the study, it is found that MOB bank, there is strongly relationship between budgetary control and financial performance.
