This study uses primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data gathered through the use of structured questionnaires. The required data collected by using cluster sampling method. Data were collected from all loan officers at five microfinance companies as a sample. Reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis will be used to analyze the data. The findings indicated that all five core job characteristics are positively associated with job satisfaction. Among these, autonomy, feedback, and task identity have the most significant effect on job satisfaction.
