In this study, employees’ job satisfaction is dependent variable and human resource management (HRM) practices. That includes recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, retention and supervision as independent variables. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the collected data. In contrast, Training and Development and Performance Appraisal did not exhibit significant influence, suggesting gaps in either implementation or employee perception. These findings highlight the need for AYA Bank to enhance its training initiatives and appraisal systems to ensure alignment with employee expectations. The management of AYA Bank should consider changing the
way of job delegation again which is related to responsibility factor because it doesn’t have the significant effect on job satisfaction according to the study result. The management of AYA Bank should promote the activities which increase co-worker relationships because this factor is the most significant one for the employee job satisfaction.
