The study selected employees of Shwe Byain Phyu Company Limited by using the simple random sampling method. Questionnaire method is applied to collect primary data. Secondary data is collected from Human Resources Department’s records of Shwe Byain Phyu Company Limited, relevant books, research paper and internet websites. The descriptive method and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the collected data. In this study, employees’ job satisfaction is dependent variable and human resource management (HRM) practices. That includes recruitment and selection, training, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, supervision as independent variables. The study found that among the human resource management (HRM) practices, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and supervision are a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
