According to the finding of employee satisfaction, there is no dissatisfaction with hygiene factors as there are sufficiently hygiene factors expect salary in the bank. For the motivations are measured by five factors among them employee from CB are the best motivated by work itself and achievement. Employees do not reach satisfaction with responsibility and personal growth. It is suggested that the management of CB should maintain the current employee motivation factors so as to retain competent employees.
