The aim of this study is to analyze the sources of income and expenditure pattern of households in Dalla Township. In this study, descriptive method is used both primary and secondary sources of information. The focus area of study is Dalla Township. 9% and 5.5% of households could earn above 600001 Kyats which are from self-employed and industrial workers. Overall finding is that each group consume more when they have more income. The allocation of expenditure depends on the level of income. Households spend on food (51.9%) at the first place, other expenditure (11%) at the second one and third is water and electricity respectively.
