Descriptive statistics and multi-\nlinear regression were employed for data analysis. The study objectives were to identify\nthe different TOURQUAL dimensions at Kyaik Htee Yoe Pagoda, analyze the effect\nof service quality on visitor satisfaction, and examine the relationship between visitor\nsatisfaction and revisit intention. Result found that Accessibility, Technological Quality\nand Safety have simulated level of effect on visitor satisfaction according to the result\nof analysis. Satisfied visitors are more likely to revisit the pagoda and share their\npositive experiences with family and friends, often post at social media.
