The total workforce of Win Brothers group of company limited is 200 employees. The sample size of 132 employees by using the Raosoft sample size calculator. The simple random sampling method is applied to select the respondents. An online survey with a five-point Likert scale is used to collect primary data. In addition, secondary data are obtained from company records, earlier research studies, and pertinent online resources. The analysis methods are descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that selecting and hiring, job security and reward and payment have positive significant effect on employee engagement. There is a positive partial moderating effect of strategic implementation on the relationship between human resource management and employee engagement. Employee engagement has a positive significant effect on organizational effectiveness.
