The study was focused by the following objectives which are to identify\r human resource management practices in UAB Bank Limited and to analyze the\r influencing factors of employee engagement in UAB Bank Limited. The target\r population of this study was employees who are working at UAB Head Office. The\r structured questions are distributed through Head Office Departments of UAB and\r random employee of 100 respondents were taken. In order to carry out the specified\r two objectives, both primary and secondary data are used. The descriptive analysis\r method, correlation and regression analysis were used. Employee engagement practices\r are measured with four aspects namely employee relationship, employee opportunities,\r working environment and compensation \u0026 benefits. According to the results of this\r study, there are positive and significantly correlated with human resource management\r practices on employee engagement. By examining human resource management\r practices of the organization, the most significant factor is compensation and benefits\r than other factors. Employee relationship and opportunities factor were found less\r weakness.
