There are 442 employees from\nMyawaddy Bank, and a sample of 135 employees were selected for the study using a\nsimple random sampling method. This study utilized both primary and secondary data,\nwith primary data collected from the selected employees. This study makes use of\nregression analysis, descriptive statistics, and the quantitative research approach.\nRespondents are chosen using an online survey that distributes a structured\nquestionnaire, utilizing a simple random sample method. According to the results, the\nsocial environment, psychological environment and physical environment have the\nnotable effect on the employee performance of Myawaddy Bank.
