This study was based on descriptive method using both primary and secondary data. For primary data, a survey was conducted on interviewing to farmers of villages in both irrigated and non-irrigated area of Patheingyi with a semi-structured questionnaire. It was found that 60% of total are using irrigation method and remain 40% of total are using rain water for farming water. The 35 % of total respondents got water distribution in terms of adequacy, reliability, timeliness. And the 5 % of respondents from head area of Canal faced the challenges on getting heavy amount of water which made to damage their crops and 10 % of respondents faced same condition as heavy rain made damage their crops.
