The main objectives of the study are to examine the effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction of employees and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on job performance of employees at TTN Group Company Limited. The data are collected from 120 respondents of different departments by using structured questionnaires. The findings indicate that among the five job characteristics, skill variety, task significance and autonomy have positive effect on job satisfaction of the employees at TTN Group Company Limited. The results also indicate that job satisfaction has strong impact on job performance of employees at TTN Group Company Limited.
