Primary data is collected from the survey of 310 women living in Pyinmana Township, Nay Pyi Taw. The most important factor influencing women\u0027s empowerment in Myanmar is their access to the educational system. The respondents also have women’s empowerment, according to the result of the survey. Five determinants of women\u0027s empowerment—educational, economic, social, health, and familial—were considered independent variables, and their impacts on community development were examined as the dependent variable.
