A descriptive research design is employed, using primary data collected through structured questionnaires from a purposive sample of 150 life insurance adopters. The study focuses on individuals who have already purchased life insurance and examines key factors such as socio-economic characteristics, awareness levels, perceived benefits, and barriers to adoption. The findings reveal that life insurance adoption is most prevalent among middle-aged, higher-income earners, and those with higher education levels, with women representing a higher proportion of adopters. Financial security, awareness of life insurance, trust in providers, and perceived usefulness emerge as the key factors influencing adoption. The study also highlights the importance of life insurance in providing financial security, particularly through death benefit protection, and emphasizes the role of insurance agents and banks as primary sources for policy purchases. Additionally, economic factors, internal company factors (such as transparency and reputation), and external factors (such as personal recommendations) significantly influence the adoption decision.
