The results show that there is a positive correlation between foreign aid and economic growth; this means that aid does help with development, but the impact is not substantial on its own. The research emphasizes that foreign aid effectiveness is greatly enhanced when there is strong domestic policy, institutional change, and comprehensive strategic development frameworks in place.
