The study combining mixed-methods with the descriptive analytical structured survey data from 300 respondents across selected three garment factories in East Dagon Industrial Zone in Yangon. The study highlights in connection with practical evidence about how workplace conditions in Myanmar’s Garment Industry reflect international labour standards and show strengths in legal wage compliance, timely salary payment and basic health and safety measures, limited availability of refresher training programs, and varying applied of ergonomic standards.
