The\r structured questionnaire with five-point Likert Scale is used to collect the primary\r data for this study. The findings of this study show that job demand factors of role\r conflict, time pressure , emotional demand have positive significant effect on burnout.\r If school reduces some of the physical workload of teachers such as administrative\r works performed by the teacher and provide sufficient time for teachers to complete\r their tasks, it can reduce the burnout. Among the job resource factors, supervisor’\r support has negative significant effect and personal development has positive\r significant effect on burnout. From this study schools must be able to provide\r sufficient resources or facilities as supports to academic staff that are to reduce the\r burnout of academic staff.
