At sunset, every streetlight will be turned on whenever an object approaches it. The construction will depict a potential solution toward electrical power wastage. In this research, the smart street light system is constructed two different types of sensors light-dependent resistors (LDRs) and infrared (IR) sensors. The LDR day-night sensor detects day or night occurrences. The infrared object sensor detects movement in the street. The whole system is controlled by the ATmega 328 microcontroller.
