This paper aims to study the impact of Microfinance on agricultural production in Ngathayauk village, Nyaung Oo township. In this study, the descriptive method is used to achieve the objective. The primary data were collected from sample 100 respondents from the survey conducted in Ngathayauk village. All respondents are farmers and take loans from PACT MYANMAR Microfinance institution. Farmers can buy additional land acres after borrowing credit. They can produce more crops after borrowing credit. Profit and seasonal income of farmers also increase. Microfinance institutions should lend long term loans and the loan amounts should be increase.
