To \naccomplish these aims, the main data for this research are acquired from the responsible \npeople of Young Insurance Company’s customer and also from 85 respondents who claim Young Insurance Company’s goods by utilizing the structured questionnaires using a simple random sample technique. The secondary data were collected from published websites, journals, various magazines, previous researches and other online sources. According to the results of the regression analysis, timeliness, responsiveness, and empathy have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, while customer satisfaction strongly influences customer loyalty. reliability and assurance, though positively perceived, were found to have less impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Organizations should prioritize enhancing empathy, optimizing timeliness, and improving responsiveness to strengthen customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
