A survey was conducted with 151\nemployees from Myanmar Ajinomoto Foods Co., Ltd using structured questionnaires. \nKey factors such as physical work environment, job security, work life balance, \nleadership and management support and recognition and reward emerged as critical \ndrivers of job satisfaction.
